so we can all enjoy living in it.What you will doMaintains agreed-upon inventory levels to provide a flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers.
Ensuring proper labor relations.Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.Skills you haveDecision Making and Critical ThinkingKnowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.Logistics ManagementKnowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.Performance ManagementKnowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.Supply Chain Management - MFGKnowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.Basic QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering preferred.Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain-related roles, including material planning and supplier management.English Level: IntermediateTop candidates will also haveEnglish Level: Advanced.Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
