If that's you, we'd love to have you join us.Main ResponsibilitiesCollect and manage master versions of Proposals, SOWs, PIWs, MSAs, POs, and other project documentation.Run weekly reports detailing the status of each project, including vigente billings and expenses versus planned budget.Conduct analytical review of project reports; evaluate project statusand supply partners with forecast and correction measures.Create and submit invoices.Compile expense receipts from project team to submit with expense invoices.Manage collections and unbilled receivables.Approve timesheets and expenses.Monitor and report on budget deviations.Provide period reporting requirements for assigned practice.Collaborate with finance team and other project controllers for project updates and process improvements.Monitor and update CRM opportunities.Contribute to the development of project deliverables.Secondary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate calendars,



appointments, and travel.Forecast executives' bookings on engagements.Participate in several internal projects related to practice, executive, or operations teams.Requirements & QualificationsReports to an office daily.Minimum 2 years of experience.BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Mathematics.Monitor project performance against budget and schedule.Experience supporting large-scale projects in manufacturing, engineering, construction, technology, or industrial environments.Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.BenefitsBenefits will be informed by the recruiter and include health insurance, pension plan, and savings fund options.Diversity & InclusionRockwell Automation is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees and fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.Work Location PolicyEmployees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless a legitimate business obligation requires remote work.
