Position SummaryEnsure the effective implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and tools, while overseeing the administration of the local Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Internal Work Regulations (IWR), to maintain a stable and productive labor environment in alignment with the group's established methodology and guidelines.Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister and ensure compliance with the annual training plan for indirect personnel (MOI).
Manage employee resignations and terminations.Prepare and monitor HR metrics and KPI reports.Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for newly hired indirect personnel (MOI), and induction process for labor personnel (MOD).
Promote and manage the recruitment and selection process for internal vacancies affecting direct labor personnel (MOD).
Recruit and follow up on administrative and professional vacancies.Manage departmental expenses and budget tracking.Participate in career and development interviews for indirect personnel (MOI).
Follow up on development actions resulting from STAR reviews, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
Administer internship and trainee programs.Occasional ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and organization of company events.Participate in internal and external audits.Develop the annual training plan.Update job descriptions as required.Participate in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
negotiations.Coordinate the semiannual communication and dissemination of the Code of Ethics.Coordinate the Profit Sharing (PTU) process for unionized employees, including joint committee meetings and related documentation.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.Advanced English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, union relations, payroll processes, recruitment, employee development, and HR metrics.Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives (STPS, IATF *****, ISO ***********).
