We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
This role will be responsible for preparing diagnostic programs, designing test fixtures, and ensuring specifications and procedures are met for new products.
In addition, the Senior Test Engineer will play a critical role in sustaining production lines by providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
The idóneo candidate will also contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives and process automation projects, driving innovation and efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products
Plan labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices
Sustain and support production lines by troubleshooting issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring the smooth operation of test systems
Lead and support Industry 4.0 and process automation initiatives to modernize testing and manufacturing workflows




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards
Skills You Bring
Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Technical Skills:
Programming in LabVIEW
Strong electronic background (troubleshooting, testing)
Project management skills (planning, scheduling, resource allocation)
Experience designing and implementing test fixtures, diagnostic programs, and procedures for new products
Experience sustaining production lines and supporting manufacturing operations
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Regularly requires manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at, and above shoulder level
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
Operates in a professional office and laboratory/manufacturing environment
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
Dedication to safety when handling mechanical/electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heat
Ability to observe documents and details at close range
Noise level in the work environment is usually average
