We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to lead our point-of-sale strategies, channel development, and shopper marketing initiatives.In this role, you will be responsible for translating brand strategies into actionable channel plans, optimizing product visibility, and driving sell-out performance across our retail and distribution networks in Mexico and LATAM.Design and execute effective Trade Marketing plans across key sales channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade)Develop and execute promotional calendars, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and shopper activation campaigns that boost brand visibility and ROI.Category & Shopper Insights: Analyze shopper behavior, channel trends,



and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product placement.Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure commercial alignment and seamless execution.Budget Management: Manage the Trade Marketing budget, tracking spending and ROI for all trade activations and promotional activities.Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with field agencies, designers, and POSM suppliers to ensure high-quality execution at the store level.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Management, or Commercial Marketing.Advanced English (written and spoken) and Native Spanish.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and sales data analysis (Nielsen, Kantar, or internal CRM/ERP data, Power BI).
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.Deep understanding of the Mexican retail landscape and shopper dynamics.
