Transaction Monitoring & Compliance Specialist A rapidly growing fintech company is seeking a Transaction Monitoring & Compliance Specialist to join its compliance team.ResponsibilitiesReview and investigate transaction monitoring alerts involving cryptocurrency and stablecoin activityConduct AML, sanctions, and financial crime investigationsAnalyze customer transaction activity and identify unusual or suspicious behaviorEscalate potentially suspicious activity and support case management processesUtilize blockchain analytics tools to investigate wallet activity and transaction flowsPartner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to strengthen monitoring controlsAssist with ongoing enhancements to transaction monitoring rules, procedures, and risk frameworksMaintain thorough documentation of investigations and compliance decisionsQualificationsApproximately 3+ years of experience in Compliance, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Financial Crimes, or Risk OperationsMust Have: experience working with cryptocurrency and stablecoin-related transactionsKnowledge of AML/BSA regulations, sanctions compliance,
