We are seeking a highly strategic Product Manager to own the end-to-end integration and fulfillment flow for our high-growth Digital Marketplace channel.You will be the key owner of the integration with strategic auto portals, including Mercado Libre, Ventau, AutoDeal, among others.
Your mission is to transform inbound leads referred by these platforms into funded loans through a highly automated, AI-powered customer journey, balancing maximum conversion with robust compliance and risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities1.
Marketplace Integration & Lead Flow Optimization- Own the product lifecycle for all integrations with digital marketplaces.
- Design and optimize the lead referral pipeline, ensuring seamless, high-quality data transfer from the ad hoc platforms used by partners.
- Lead the strategy for API and connectivity, creating scalable capabilities that allow new partners to integrate MStar's financing engine rapidly2.
AI-Powered Credit Evaluation & Customer Support- Implement AI and automation solutions to review and organize submitted customer information to accurately evaluate credit capacity.
- Partner with Risk and Engineering teams to define requirements for credit decisioning technology that enables a quick, compliant loan approval process.




- Develop and implement an AI-based customer support solution to guide applicants through the document submission and application fulfillment process.3.
Digital Fulfillment & Ecosystem Compliance- Define the product features for the online dealer affiliation process, ensuring all participating dealers comply with minimum legal and operational requirements before receiving disbursements.
- Own the final fulfillment steps, including the workflow for customers to digitally sign the contract (e-signature).
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds to the marketplace or dealer after final contract execution.4.
Data-Led Growth- Monitor the full funnel from lead reception to application submission and funding (Look to approve, look to book) Use data to identify drop-off points and deploy product fixes that increase conversion rates.
- Define and track success KPIs such as Partner NPS, Lead Velocity, and Application-to-Disbursement throughput.Who You Are- The Bridge Builder: You can articulate the business value of an integration to a commercial partner and discuss API architecture with an engineer.

You seek to eliminate manual work by implementing systemization and AI-driven processes for high-volume, high-compliance tasks.
- Risk-Aware & Compliant: You understand the fundamentals of digital lending and the critical need for compliance checks (e.G., dealer requirements, digital signatures, credit capacity evaluation).
- Conversion Expertise: Proven track record of improving conversion rates and optimizing application flows in high-traffic consumer funnels.Requirements- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of shipping B2B, B2B2C, or Digital Lending products.
- Technical Comfort: Must be comfortable discussing front-end integration logic, APIs, webhooks, and the architecture of a Loan Origination System (LOS) with engineering teams.
- Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred): Experience working with digital marketplaces, auto portals, or integrating financial products into third-party ecosystems (e.G., Fintech or Auto-Fintechs).
- Toolkit: Proficiency with product and analytics tools (Jira, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude) and agile methodologies.
