Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role:Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Management- Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing and operational initiatives of varying complexity.
- Monitor progress against commitments and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional work, priorities, and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
- Support test planning and manage internal and external content approval processes.
- Identify delivery risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Team Facilitation & Operations- Facilitate key delivery ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Support backlog refinement and capacity planning activities with Pod Leadership.
- Monitor team health, delivery metrics, and overall team performance.
- Promote continuous improvement and help evolve team processes and ways of working.Stakeholder Communication- Maintain clear and proactive communication with Pod Leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide visibility into progress, team capacity, risks,



and delivery expectations.
- Escalate issues when appropriate and help remove blockers impacting delivery.
- Foster collaboration and open dialogue across the team and partner groupsMust-have Skills- Experience managing marketing projects of varying complexity.
- Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
