Finance Partner to the Manufacturing Site Leadership TeamAccountable for business finance aspects of the site ensuring transparency and decision support.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner to the Head of the manufacturing site, and its mgnt team.Lead in business finance aspects for the site, main liaison for the accounting.Legal entity responsible.Own local business cases, ensure compliance to Capital Expenditure Request process (CER).
Own and drive all planning cycles for the Site, ensure synchronization of local and global assumptions/parameters, based on the P&O; LT timelines.Challenge assumptions, strive for ambitious and realistic plans, and follow up on execution.Ensure adherence to all corporate reporting timelines.Ensure SUC accuracy in accordance with general standards.Mentoring the team to drive standardization and excellence in financial performance mgnt.
