Drive integral and regional HR operational excellence, ensuring a consistent yet locally adaptable approach to HR execution across all markets.HR Operations & Program ExecutionEnsure effective and consistent implementation of CoE-driven HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into country specific HR operations.Partner with CoEs such as TA to fulfill site needs with agility.Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company policies and local labor laws.Compliance, Governance & Risk ManagementEnsure HR policies, procedures,



and programs are compliant with local labor laws while maintaining consistency with the company's global HR framework.Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks and uphold the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance.Drive HR governance across the country, ensuring adherence to best practices in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.Employee Experience & EngagementFoster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance by ensuring HR effectively address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.Act as a champion of company culture, embedding core values into HR programs and driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Support change management efforts as required locally.Support local talent needs such as retention, development per country approved guidelines#J-*****-Ljbffr
