We are currently looking for the right person to join our Advanced Manufacturing Department.Your responsibilities would include:Ensure smooth new project launch at IEE GDL by being the interface between the overseas project development team and the local teamProvide local input to process development activities for new products, including participation in APQP and feasibility reviewsCreate and maintain manufacturing process documentation such as Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and Control PlansEnsures that production equipment, tooling, fixtures, automation, and Poka-Yoke systems is implemented in Mexico in a timely mannerLead Run-at-Rate, trial builds, and support PPAP submissionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to advanced manufacturing technologiesEnsure compliance with IATF *****, safety, and customer-specific requirementsYou would need to meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering,



or related technical field5–7 years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing engineeringStrong understanding of APQP, PPAP, Feasibility reviews, and process validationExperience with CAD tools and manufacturing process simulation.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or relatedKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologiesStrong technical problem-solving skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailEffective communication and cross-functional collaborationWhy would you want to work with us?
