Hardware EngineerImportant automotive technology company is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer.Objective:Lead the design and development of electronic hardware for automotive control systems, collaborating with global teams throughout the development, validation, and production phases.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in automotive ECU development.
- Experience in analog and digital embedded hardware design for automotive applications.
- Experience with ADAS projects.
- Knowledge of hardware analysis, simulation, and validation.
- Experience with schematic design, PCB design, and DFMEA.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, USB, RS-232, SENT, MII, SERDES, and PCIe).
- Experience using design and validation tools such as Altium Designer, Zuken, Vector, or similar.
- Knowledge of EMC, ASPICE, and experience collaborating with software teams using C/C++ is preferred.
- Advanced English.Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hardware engineers.
- Develop, review, and validate electronic hardware designs for automotive applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews.




- Oversee hardware development, prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Coordinate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Manage engineering documentation, Bills of Materials (BOM), Engineering Change Notices, and IMDS.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and global engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
- Support the release of new products into production.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and international teams.
- Support the technical development and mentoring of the engineering team.Competencies:
