Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Process Engineer‐Solder Cold Plate located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Process Engineer to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations, with a critical and specialized focus on Solder Cold Plate (SCP) processes, which serve as the primary technical differentiator and top priority for this role.Typical Day Managing the integrity of complex assembly processes.Ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.Driving continuous innovation through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Serving as the primary technical point of contact for international clients.Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers to ensure project scalability, robustness, and success.Supervising, mentoring, and coaching a team of process engineers to foster a high‐performance environment and a collaborative team culture.Conducting meetings and presentations fluently in English.Spearheading process improvements using Lean methodologies to optimize cycle times, cost efficiency, and product quality.Experience Education and Language.BA/BS or equivalent work experience.Advanced English.SMT Proficiency.Manage and optimize SMT lines, including DEK (stencils/printing), SPI (solder paste inspection), Camelot (dispensing),
