and plan.Articulate risks & opportunities to the forecast.Regularly review and analyse key performance trends (orders, backlog, sales, margins, expenses, etc.) to understand and communicate the risks and opportunities of the business.Drive system automation and develop finance metrics based on the requirement from the business.Provide technical and financial subject‐matter expertise to the business leadership team.Prepare ad‐hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.Drive a culture that embraces and strives for continuous improvement.Requirements Minimum: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in FP&A; or other finance‐related roles.Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities.Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organisational levels.Valid Visa.Nice to Know Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).
