Como Gerente de Tienda de Servipartes en Trane Acapulco, serás responsable de continuar desarrollando el negocio de partes y repuestos de la industria de la climatización y refrigeración.Lo que harás:Supervisar a los vendedores de tienda.Fijar metas y funciones a cada integrante.Cumplimiento de objetivo de venta de acuerdo al AOP anual de tiendasCumplimiento de margen operativo de la tiendaOI Venta de productos de refrigeraciónConteos Cíclicos de inventarioElaborar Forecast mensualAlimentar oportunamente el sistema DFR para cumplir objetivo de resurtimiento.Colaborar con el desarrollo de los integrantes del equipo.Fijar las prioridades de trabajo de la tienda para su normal funcionamiento.Orientar al equipo de venta de partes para el logro de los objetivos.Gestión y control de las variables administrativas de tienda y de venta a su cargoCumplir y hacer cumplir los procesos administrativos de la compañía.Control y gestión del inventario de la tienda.Desarrollo e incorporación de nuevos clientesControl del activo fijo (mobiliario y transporte) de la tiendaSeguimiento de reclamos de garantías de tiendaSoporte técnico a los clientesRealizar labor de campo para captación de clientesConfirmación de devoluciones pendientes y entrega de mercancía al cierre del mes, en conjunto con la administradora de tiendaResponsable de la toma de inventarios físicosLo que traerás:Egresado de Ingeniería Industrial/Mecánica/Eléctrica/Electromecánica/Electrónica, Licenciatura en comercialización, o en Administración de Empresas.Experiencia de no menos de 3 años en el área de ventas de refrigeración y/o aire acondicionado preferentemente.Supervisando o siendo responsable de unidades de negocio.Conocimientos en paquete Office y herramientas informáticas.Conocimiento en refacciones de aire acondicionado y/o refrigeraciónManejo de software de aplicaciones.Experiencia utilizando CRMLicencia de conducir vigenteWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
