WORK HERE MATTERS EVERYWHEREResponsibilitiesPlanning, directing, creating, and communicating clinical study timelines, ensuring milestones are met and the project stays on trackGathering input from cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, data management) to create comprehensive plans for timely deliverablesStandardizing procedures to ensure consistency of clinical study processes across trialsOverseeing and resolving operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring activities comply with SOPs, GCP, and country-specific regulationsSelecting sites and vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of servicesPreparing clinical trial budgets and monitoring expenditures to keep studies within budgetMonitoring trial progress, tracking KPIs,
and following up with team members and line managers to address deviationsImplementing and aligning the clinical development strategy with overall project goalsDeveloping trial recruitment strategies, identifying target populations, creating recruitment materials, and monitoring enrollment progressQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree or higher in a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in clinical project management or related fieldStrong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulationsExperience with SOP, GCP, and country-specific regulationsCertificationsCertification in Clinical Project Management or related field preferredGood Clinical Practice (GCP) certification preferredNecessary SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressureAdditional InformationSummary: Roles within Clinical Project Management at the S11 level are responsible for planning, directing, creating, and communicating clinical study timelines, gathering input from cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency of processes, overseeing operational aspects, adhering to SOP/GCP and country regulations, site/vendor selection, budget preparation, and monitoring progress.
