Expert that drives sustainable process improvements through automation, translating optimized process designs into scalable digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence Deployment and Execution: Implementing The Maersk Way (TMW) tools, standards, and management routines across assigned functions and sites; executing improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities; identifying opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement at the local level; supporting the implementation of visual management tools such as Bowler Charts.Performance Management and KPI Monitoring: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, identifying performance gaps, supporting root cause analysis, defining corrective actions with owners and timelines, and ensuring disciplined follow‐up on action plans; escalating risks or deviations that may impact operational performance.Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving: Facilitating Kaizen events and other methodologies to deliver rapid and sustainable operational improvements; applying structured problem‐solving methodologies to address root causes.Capability Building and Coaching:



Training operational teams on Operational Excellence and TMW tools; coaching leaders on performance management routines and problem‐solving practices; fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Stakeholder Management: Working closely with functional and operational leaders to support key initiatives, ensure alignment with business priorities, provide visibility into progress and risks, and act as a liaison between operational teams and the Operational Excellence Area Head.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
+3 years of experience in delivery of continuous improvement outcomes and business KPIs (performance, operational efficiency).
