About the Role As a Manager, Accounting & Controllership, you will lead critical accounting and financial reporting activities that support Carrier's business operations and strategic objectives.In this role, you will ensure compliance with statutory and US GAAP requirements, maintain a strong internal control environment, and provide valuable financial guidance to business partners.You will also have the opportunity to lead a team, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall financial success of the organization.Key Responsibilities Participate in the month‐end closing process for ALC Field Operations Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for ALC Field Operations Support POC accounting functions, and other complex estimates/calculations Provide CFIN support and prepare financial data (including HFM supplemental data) Provide balance sheet fluctuation analyses Maintain accounting & SOX (level 2) standard work documentation (GAP Assessment, etc.) and internal/external audits Maintain a strong internal controls environment Special ad‐hoc projects as assigned Requirements We are looking for people who are strong leaders, analytical thinkers, collaborative business partners, and results‐driven professionals.If this is you, get in touch.As a minimum you must have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.Advanced English proficiency,
