Job Summary Continuous Improvement Engineer focuses on leading the implementation of Lean Principles and Operational Excellence initiatives throughout the production plant and its support processes.Responsibilities include VSM mapping, lean tools, best production practices, and 3 Q6 S efforts across all departments of the business (engineering, production, quality, sourcing, document control, etc.).
Responsibilities Facilitate the deployment of the MOEN – C & E- OPEX Strategy to elevate 3 Q6 S across the site.Develop and maintain employee training and development in Lean concepts.Develop measurement systems that support the lean manufacturing philosophy.Develop and implement project plans to achieve the future state.Execute LEAN manufacturing and design techniques.Identify manufacturing cost reductions and provide ROI justifications for change.Optimize workflow and cell layouts and introduce cost‐effective automation for productivity and safety benefits.Apply Lean Manufacturing tools and principles such as VSM, SWI (tools and forms), configuration reduction, 5 S, TPM, troubleshooting (core tools),
