Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead the PC&L; team to comply with company targets.
Analize and monitor EDI and production schedule to ensure monthly sales target.
Ensure 100% delivery score with customers.
Monitor E&O; inventory to avoid increases and plan for depletion.
Develop worksheets to determine demand variation, sales fluctuation and action plans.
Escalate urgent topics in a timely manner considering impact to the organization.
Monitor engineering changes with multidisciplinary team to avoid obsolescence and financial impacts to the organization.
Execute a weekly operations meeting to communicate mid and long term production plans.
Create and communicate a yearly sales forecast based on customer demand.
