What are the main activities?
Provide Level 2/3 onsite IT support for end users, including executives (white-glove support).
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices (macOS/iOS), peripherals, and AV equipment.Support creative production environments and post-production workflows.Manage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance.Configure and maintain audio-visual systems for meetings and events.
Support onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and IT documentation.Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.Support "ad-hoc" agency IT support as needed and directed by the .
What are we looking for?
Experience: 3+ years of IT End-User Support experience, preferably in post-production, media, creative, or advertising environments.Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).




Technical Skills: macOS, Windows, and iOSServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms)Adobe Creative CloudAudio-Visual (AV) systemsActive Directory and MDMBasic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plusKnowledge of DaVinci Resolve, AJA, Blackmagic, ProTools; Autodesk Flame, Nuke, Cinema 4D, and V-Ray are desirable.Advanced/Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.What we offer?
