Job Location ALCE BLANCO PLANT Job Description • Title of the Position: Occupational Physician • Position Type: Managerial - Temporary • Location: Naucalpan, Alce Blanco Plant • Work Hours: Full-time with adaptable working hours • Profile: Licensed Medical Surgeon with certification and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Occupational Physician within manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated expertise in occupational health management, risk assessment, and implementation of health and wellness programs.

Coordinate and support vaccination campaigns, first aid training, and emergency medical response procedures, ensuring timely and effective action in urgent situations.
Lead preventive health and well-being initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining rigorous standards of data privacy and clinical documentation.
Job Qualifications • Hard Skills: Medical degree with valid professional certification.
Proven experience in occupational health within manufacturing settings.
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

Effective communication skills with the ability to train and influence diverse audiences.
High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential information.
