We are a general company expert in retail looking for a Trade Marketing CoordinatorPOSITION SUMMARYDeploy and execute trade marketing strategies across all channels, including retail partners, to achieve sell-out and channel expansion objectives for the company.Responsibilities & Objectives• Enhance exhibitions and communication on the sales floor.
• Align with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and communication.
• Develop and distribute POP materials and displays nationwide.
• Plan and negotiate special in-store displays and promotional events.
• Plan and coordinate sell-out acceleration events.
• Monitor the correct communication of promotions on the sales floor.
• Ensure the availability of giveaway materials for sales floor activities.
• Develop training materials and coordinate and supervise training activities.
• Align trade marketing strategies and follow-up activities with Trainers.
• Coordinate the timely execution of Trade Marketing initiatives to increase market share.
• Report equipment failures identified on the sales floor to the After Sales team.
• Conduct market price mapping and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate Dealers Expo coverage.
• Manage supplier invoice payment processes.




• Prepare quarterly reports on sales floor activities and reimbursement expenses.Experience• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Supervisory experience is required.
