Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering.Master's degree preferred in Business Administration.Experience in the development, management, and analysis of cost-saving projects, including raw material optimization, variable cost control, and fixed cost reduction.Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.Dynamic and proactive professional with a results-driven approach and strong initiative.Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Power BI for dashboard development, data visualization, and business reporting.Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills in professional environments.Holder of a valid U.S. visa.Availability for national and international travel approximately once per month.
