• Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger.
• Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files.
• Email invoices and process credit card updates and charges.




• Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow-ups.Requirements• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Business-level English.Preferred Qualifications:• Proficiency in Excel.
• Previous accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Prior collections experience (calls and/or letters).
