Key AccountabilitiesSupport to develop and execute global transportation flows of base metalsSupport coordination of customer deliveries with industry best practicesAssist in account management including oversight of regional markets, customer requirements,



and inventory trackingTracking supplier paymentsOcean vessel tracking and laytime review against charterparty termsAssist in transportation negotiation and quotes in support of new business developmentSkills and ExperienceBachelor's DegreeExperience with charter party terms/clauses preferredDevelopment of negotiation skillsUnderstands industry vetting standardsOverall, 1-2 years' experience in Transportation Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, and/or Project Management functions are preferred but not requiredExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailProblem-solving and thought partnering skillsStrong proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelProficient in English (B2 or C1 level)We recognize that talent comes in many forms, and we value potential just as much as experience.
