We are looking for a proactive, energetic professional who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting leaders, strengthening employee relations, and helping maintain a healthy workplace culture across both salaried and union employees.Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:Ensure compliance with labor relations policies, collective bargaining agreements, employment laws, and safety requirementsSupport and coach plant leadership on union matters, employee relations, and management practices that promote a positive work environmentManage employee grievances, resolve workplace issues fairly and consistently, and maintain a strong presence on the plant floorLead and support labor relations initiatives, monitor key HR indicators,



and coordinate labor relations team and employee service activitiesWhat are we looking for?
A proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication, critical thinking, and a visible presence on the plant floorBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Law, or related field3+ years of HR labor relations experience as supervisorExperience leading labor relations actions, coordinating teams, and working with key HR metrics such as absenteeism, discipline, and turnoverKnowledge of labor relations frameworks, employment law, and employee service operationsBasic verbal and written English proficiencyWhat do we offer?
