New product implementation (NPI) in the factory,working cross functionally to drive speed to market, concurrent engineering (design,supplyand manufacturing)and robust implementation in the assembly lineDevelop a lean and agile Engineering team driving the system integration of the D&A; and Signaling products inNavojoaManage,coachand develop Engineers underitsleadershipProject Management, driving the delivery of projects on time, at cost and qualityAnalyze and drive resolution of Deviation requests from the factory, making sure all necessary tests were performed by Engineering prior to approvalDrive DFMEA,



identification of critical characteristics and best engineering practicesProactive support fortheKidde manufacturing siteand partner with Operations to ensure deliverables integrate into their systems within the overall product release scheduleDrive the Engineering team to make sure that we work with certification authorities for product standards and legislatione.G.
