You will be the first line of support that keeps our operations running efficiently.By solving technical challenges and optimizing digital tools, you ensure that our engineers and professionals can focus on innovating.You'll collaborate with local and general IT teamsandtake ownership of user support and internal projects, helping us move toward a moreefficient and digitalfuture.What You'll Be DoingSupport internal users by providing high-quality local and remote technical assistance to ensure business continuity.Coordinate digital requests through ticket follow-ups and collaboration with global IT groups for timely solutions.Drive local initiatives by tracking IT projects and supporting the execution of site-specific technological tasks.Optimize workflows using your skills in PowerApps and Database management to improve internal digital tools.Collaborate with partners and external vendors to ensure hardware and software services meet our operational standards.What We're Looking ForFoundational IT Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows *****, Microsoft Office, and basic networking to troubleshoot hardware and software.Technical Curiosity: Basic knowledge in development (PowerApps, DB) and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies.Global Mindset: Proficiency in basic English (reading/writing) to navigate international systems and documentation.Professional Reliability:
