** READ THE ENTIRE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING **Company SummaryLasso MD offers a powerful blend of innovative marketing services and advanced software tools to drive revenue growth for dental practices.By integrating custom websites, SEO, social media marketing, and targeted advertising with lead management, ROI analytics, automated reviews, and online scheduling, we help practices attract more patients and increase their revenue.Role SummaryAs a Website Operations & QA Specialist at Lasso MD, you'll help keep our client website portfolio stable, accurate, and launch-ready across Webflow and WordPress.You'll own website QA, urgent production edits, launch support, DNS/hosting coordination, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting so new sites go live smoothly and existing client sites remain healthy.What Success Looks LikeUrgent Webflow and WordPress edits are resolved within SLAs, with clear communication to account teams.Websites ship with fewer post-launch defects thanks to a consistent, repeatable QA process.New client sites go live on schedule, with domains, DNS, and access secured ahead of launch.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Operations:Own deployment workflows across Webflow and WordPress: staging/production management, publishing, rollbacks, and backups.Manage DNS, CDN (e.g. Fastly/Cloudflare), SSL, and domain configuration across the client portfolio.Set up and maintain monitoring for uptime, performance (Core Web Vitals), form delivery, and redirect integrity.Maintain WordPress hosting environments: plugin/core updates, security hardening, and performance tuning.Document infrastructure, access, and runbooks.Client Onboarding,



Domains & Migrations:Coordinate the technical path to go-live for new client sites: pre-launch review, publishing, and post-launch support, keeping each launch on schedule.Secure and verify the access needed to launch, working directly with clients and their existing providers to obtain and confirm control of domains and hosting.Migrate and transfer sites, domains, and hosting between platforms, registrars, and providers, including full handovers when clients onboard or leave.Support recurring technical SEO tasks and tracking/analytics setup as part of the launch and post-launch process.QA & Quality Assurance:Build and run a structured QA process for new builds and edits: functional, cross-browser, responsive, and accessibility (WCAG) testing.Verify Figma-to-Webflow replication accuracy against design specs before handoff to clients.Test forms, integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Basin), tracking, and CMS behavior prior to launch.Maintain QA checklists and regression coverage; track and report defects through Jira.Urgent Edits & Support:Handle high-priority Webflow and WordPress edit requests across live client sites with fast turnaround.Triage incoming requests, set priority,



and coordinate with the dev team and account managers via Jira and Slack.Diagnose and resolve production issues (broken layouts, redirect chains, form failures, CMS errors).
Act as a technical point of contact for clients and external vendors, joining client calls when needed to resolve access or configuration issues.Required QualificationsHands-on experience with Webflow (CMS, custom code, responsive builds) and WordPress (theme/plugin management, hosting).
Solid DevOps fundamentals: DNS, SSL, CDN, hosting environments, and deployment/backup workflows.Proven QA experience: building test plans, cross-browser/responsive testing, and defect tracking.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for diagnosing and fixing front-end issues.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple urgent requests under deadline pressure.Clear written communication in English for coordinating across dev, design, SEO, and account teams.Professional, patient communication with non-technical clients and external providers, plus sound judgment handling sensitive access and credentials (domains, hosting, accounts).
Preferred QualificationsExperience managing a large multi-site portfolio (agency environment).
Experience with performance optimization and Core Web Vitals tuning.Scripting or automation experience to streamline repetitive ops/QA tasks.Experience building or maintaining custom-code websites and deploying to modern hosting platforms (e.g. Netlify).
Experience in the dental, healthcare, or broader marketing-agency space.Salary & Benefits$20,000–$30,000 per year (based on experience and geomarket rate)2-Weeks PTO per year + Paid Holidays
