Job OverviewDigital Technology Senior Technical Program Manager – responsible for orchestrating complex digital infrastructure and platform programs that support LEGO's general manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives.The role serves as the vital link between people, processes, and technology, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate complex and large programs, ensuring timely delivery of digital infrastructure and platform projects.Ensure outcomes are clear, measurable, and meet overall success criteria across multiple teams.Establish and maintain transparency across risks, dependencies, and technical constraints; collaborate proactivelyto mitigate issues.Facilitate alignment between teams and stakeholders; remove blockers and ensure clear decision paths.Shape compelling program narratives to help senior stakeholders understand purpose, progress, risks, and trade‐offs.Partner closely with product teams and key stakeholders to define program goals, shared outcomes, and delivery expectations.Create and maintain high‐quality program plans, including roadmaps, dependency maps, milestones, and rollout approaches.Model collaboration, structure,
