YOUR TASKS- The People Services HR & Projects Lead acts as the integrator of HR service delivery and transformation projects across the NSA region.
- This role ensures that all HR services rendered to the organization are reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented, while coordinating key HR projects that strengthen governance, data quality, and process simplification under the Country NSA HR framework.
- Operating as both project manager and service steward, this role connects governance with execution — ensuring every process, from input to output,



adds value and strengthens the HR experience across all Business Groups.
- The People Services HR & Projects Lead will report directly to Country NSA HR Head.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Business English Proficient- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field within the automotive industry.
- 5 years of HR operations and/or project management experience, ideally in multinational or matrixed organizations.Familiarity with SAP, and other systems related to HR Services.
- Project management and organizational skills with a structured, outcome-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change, inspiring accountability and service excellence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with focus on data, quality, and customer experience.
