- Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing to validate system behavior.
- Analyze results to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with **development, QA, and DevOps teams** to resolve performance issues.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve performance testing frameworks, processes, and best practices.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**- 7+ years of experience in **performance testing**.




- Strong hands-on expertise with **Apache JMeter** (scripting & execution).
- Solid understanding of **performance testing types** (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and identifying root causes.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, Dynatrace, InfluxDB).
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
**Nice to Have**- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Exposure to **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Scripting knowledge in **Shell, Python, or Groovy**.
