Job Description:Extensively work with Integral TA COE team (US, Europe, etc. ) in developing talent pipelines for ageing/new requirements.The role will require prescreening candidates' profiles along with building an active/passive candidate pool.Recommend and execute sourcing strategies using priority sourcing channels, conduct initial phone screens, maintain candidate data in applicant tracking system (iCIMS), and provide TA Advisors with highly qualified candidates.Mine internal and external databases for quality candidates; contribute to the candidate pipeline database (iCIMS).
Adhere to sourcing process, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines.Maintain current leading-edge knowledge of external sourcing options (job sites, professional recruiting sites, etc.).




Provide periodic reports of sourcing team activity as applicable.Performs other duties as directed.Job Qualifications:3+ years of sourcing resumes using job sites, professional networking sites customer/talent relationship management tools.Undergraduate degree.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and understanding of the business.Hands-on experience of working on Global job sites, professional networking sites.Oversee deliverables for sourcing team.Experience of working on Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, SAP, Taleo etc.).
