As a trusted advisor, the PBE serves as the critical link between business units, People Experience (PX) functions, General Business Services (GBS), and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
This role is responsible for translating business priorities into people initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, enable transformation, build leadership capability, and foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.
