Yinlun TDI LLC is an ISO ***** and IATF ***** certified manufacturer of heat exchangers and fluid cooling components for automotive, commercial truck, bus, and industrial markets.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Monterrey, Mexico.
This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, attendance and payroll administration, performance management, training and development, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement.The adecuado candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive, industrial equipment, thermal management, or solar / photovoltaic industries.
Experience supporting large manufacturing plants with both hourly and salaried employees is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, excellent communication skills in English,



and experience working with multinational organizations are strong advantages.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily HR operations for the Mexico plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, training, and offboardingSupport hiring for direct labor, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and office positionsMaintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and related documentation in compliance with local labor requirementsCoordinate payroll-related information, including attendance, overtime, absences, and employee changesHandle employee relations matters, workplace communication, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutionSupport training programs, performance reviews, employee development, and engagement activitiesEnsure HR policies, procedures, and company rules are properly implemented across the plantSupport compliance with Mexican labor law, company policies, internal audits, and government requirementsTrack headcount, turnover, attendance, and other HR data; prepare regular HR reports as neededWork closely with production, operations, finance, and management teams to support workforce stability and plant operationsAssist with other HR projects and administrative tasks as assignedQualifications ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
Strong preference for experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial equipment,



or solar / photovoltaic component manufacturing.
Proven experience supporting large manufacturing plants with 300+ employees, including both direct labor and indirect staff.
Extensive experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll coordination, training & development, compliance, and offboarding.
Experience leading HR teams and partnering closely with plant leadership to support business objectives.
Solid experience handling labor relations, employee engagement initiatives, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies is highly preferred.Preferred BackgroundExperience in large-scale manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive, industrial equipment, thermal management, or solar / photovoltaic industries.Experience with multinational or internationally recognized manufacturing companies is highly preferred.Proven experience supporting manufacturing plants with large hourly workforces and complex employee relations.Demonstrated success partnering with plant leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce stability.Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operational support.Experience supporting plant start-ups, rapid expansion, or organizational transformation is a strong advantage.Key CompetencieFull-cycle HR operationManufacturing recruitmentEmployee relationsAttendance and payroll coordinationLabor complianceTraining and performance supportHR reportingStrong English communicationCross-functional coordinationPlant workforce management
