DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sr ProjectManager.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and deliveryof our projects.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, fromdefining project scope to monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to effectivelycommunicate project goals, objectives, and deliverables.You will lead project planning activities,including resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.Additionally, you willbe responsible for tracking project milestones, managing project documentation, and identifyingand mitigating potential risks and issues.To excel in this position, you must have exceptional leadership,communication and financeskills, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope,budget, and schedule.You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectivelymanage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesare crucial, as you will be required to analyze project data, identify trends, and propose effectivesolutions.
**Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles andresponsibilities are assigned and understood- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders- Conduct P&L; and balance sheet reports.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones,



and resource allocation- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and qualitystandards- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and seniormanagement- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, andidentify opportunities for improvement**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Business Administration, Business Finance,International Business- 5-10 years experience- Advanced English level- International experience is a plus.
