Full-timeCompany DescriptionTurner & Townsend is a integral professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries.Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people's lives.Working in partnership makes it possible to deliver the world's most impactful projects and programmes as we turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager – Data Center Construction to oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale mission‐critical and hyperscale data center projects.This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high‐quality execution of works while coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.The Site Manager will play a key role in driving site performance, maintaining schedule adherence, enforcing quality standards, and promoting a strong safety culture.The successful candidate will act as the primary on‐site leader, ensuring all construction activities are delivered in accordance with project requirements, technical specifications, and operational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all day‐to‐day site construction activities across CSA and MEP disciplines.Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and on schedule.Monitor construction progress, productivity, and quality, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as required.Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, health and safety regulations, and client standards.Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety reviews to promote a zero‐incident culture.Manage site logistics, access control, material deliveries, and workforce coordination.Review construction documentation, permits, method statements, and inspection reports.Coordinate with project management, design,



commissioning, and client teams to resolve technical and operational issues.Support testing, commissioning, punch‐list management, and final project handover activities.Provide regular reporting on site progress, risks, quality performance, and safety metrics.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.7+ years of site management or construction supervision experience, preferably in data center, mission‐critical, industrial, or large‐scale infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations, and contractor management.Experience overseeing multidisciplinary construction teams in fast‐paced environments.Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality management processes.Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, BIM, or digital construction tools is an advantage.Preferred ExperienceData center, hyperscale, or mission‐critical facility construction projects.Working in live or operational environments with strict uptime requirements.Commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness activities.Design‐Build or EPC project delivery environments.Managing multiple contractors and large site workforces.Strong site leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.Proactive problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.Strong focus on safety, quality, and construction excellence.Effective stakeholder and contractor management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced project environment.Additional InformationTurner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and actively encourage applications from all sectors of the community.
