Coordination of new products / lines launches in fulfillment with MAE Approval Request process (Investment calculation, Investment overview, TEK capacity analysis, and BPS requirements).
Coordination of new products / lines launches in compliance with quality requirements (Quality Gates, Flow chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Safe Launch activities, TypeApproval) and in fulfillment with Bosch Production System specific requirements (DFMEA, LLD, VSM/VSD and Flow Oriented Layout).
Coordination of trial runs in order to meet project deliverables (i.E. Initial samples, customer milestones‐events, Product Validation Runs, Run at Rate events,
etc.)Coordination of internal and external audits as part of line and product release.Coordination of product cancellation process for inactive / obsolete part numbers.Coordination of Engineering Changes (ECR) / Process Changes (PCR) in order to assure latest product and process version (i.E. ECR creation, approval, validation, and support with customer approval (if applicable)).
Coordination for RPP activities (cost reduction activities) in order to achieve planned annual savings and target costs: continuous analysis and tracking of RPP actions including ECRs coordination, procurement of alternative materials, planning of series validations and support customer approval (if applicable).
Coordination of internal/external workshops and lessons learned in order to identify opportunities, which will lead to continuous improvement (i.E. head‐count, floor‐space, lines utilization, internal defect cost).
Coordination of manufacturing inputs for cost estimations (RFQs based on internal / external specific requirements).
Monitoring of KPIs during project ramp‐up and coordinate measures during stabilization phase (QG5) in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery.Assets control and management (activation, retirement, audit)Line retirement plan and execution based on TEK analysis and business strategy.QualificationsEducation: Mechatronics / Industrial (preferred or similar).
Preferably: 3‐5 years of experience in Project Management area, Automotive Sector and Product Cost Structure.Advanced English.Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Project.Core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan.Project ManagementProduct and manufacturing process knowledge.Project management experience.Strong APQP knowledge.Knowledge of Problem‐Solving Methodologies.Lean Manufacturing.Core Tools.ISO/TS *****.
