The idóneo candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships by offering integrated logistics solutions across air, ocean, and ground transportation services.Key Responsibilities:Sell Freight Forwarding services to new and existing clients.Actively prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.Conduct face-to-face meetings, attend industry trade shows and conferences.Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue.Maintain detailed and up-to-date account plans, SOPs and customer records.Monitor and report KPIs to both management and clients, ensuring service satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.3 years of successful proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics (mainly ocean sales)Self-motivated,
