- Complementary DescriptionHandle and follow up on Purchase Orders (placing orders, moving forward, postponing, canceling, and updating them).
Negotiate lead times and quantities (but not prices) with suppliers under framework contracts arranged by the purchasing department in France.Actively monitor orders with suppliers, supervising the progress from the receipt of the order acknowledgment to the receipt of materials in SAP.Execute internal and external action plans if a supplier's delivery targets are not met, in order to avoid work stoppages.Manage returns of non-conforming parts with suppliers following quality approval and supplier agreements, always seeking to obtain credit notes to close purchase orders in financial terms.Address disputes on invoices, always aiming to maintain healthy account statements.
