**What You'll Do**:- Lead structured interviews that accurately assess skillsets for engineering, product,



and data roles- Work closely with hiring managers to fine-tune profiles and ensure clarity at every stage- Use our ATS and sourcing platforms to maintain pipeline health and data accuracy- Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements that boost hiring efficiency**What You'll Need**:- 2-3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, especially in staffing or high-growth environments- Experience filling technical roles and understanding nuanced hiring needs- Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems- Ability to work within Eastern Time Zone hours and flex across PST when needed**Preferred**:- Self-directed, organized, and outcome-oriented- Enthusiastic about improving systems, workflows, and results- Experience with fully remote or cross-regional teams
