**Key Contributions**:- Guide the engineering team to adopt best practices in software development, quality assurance, automation, and security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery of impactful software.
- Promote DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code to streamline delivery and operations.
- Mentor engineers to develop their skills and grow within a collaborative, agile environment.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, optimize system performance, and maintain compliance with security standards.
- Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
**Education & Career Requirements**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in technical leadership or lead engineer role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex software solutions across multiple technology domains and platforms.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
**Technical Skills**:- Proficient in Python and backend development.
- Java proficiency- Experience with Azure App Services, or other cloud service- Skilled in microservices architecture and RESTful API design.




- Familiar with integrating third-party APIs like ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and DevOps practices.
- Desired not required: Experience with contact center technologies, Google CES, IVR, chat automation/ intelligence- Desired not required: Experience implementing Generative AI/AI in technical solutions**Non-Technical Skills**:- Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities with experience managing or guiding engineering teams.
