**Location** Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico**Job ID** R-********Date posted** 21/05/2025- Develops technical expertise and provide inputs as required with project teams working on the development,implementation, maintenance and improvement of IT Infrastructure Operations solutions- Provides support in reviewing technical designs and ensuring adherence to the AZ Architecture Roadmap, InformationServices Strategy and High-Level Designs, as well as regulatory requirements & standards by working closely withSolutions Engineering team- Implement any new services that is validated by Solutions Engineering team by following the ITIL V3 principles- Assists in the preparation of business cases, Request for Proposals, supplier selection and evaluation of proposals- Assists more senior employees or peers in defining infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with the target benefitsand value expected- Assists in the design, development, configuration and documentation of infrastructure components- Provides support with performance analysis and document solution components- Gathers and collates management reporting information on existing infrastructure solutions and services- Performs maintenance and support activities, routine analysis and evaluation on resource requirements necessary tomaintain and/or expand service levels- Support colleagues in the Operations team by providing any technical input.Also takes escalation from the Operationsteam whenever necessary & work closely with the them.




- Supports investigations of problems within existing solutions utilizing ITIL V3.0 principles- Must demonstrate the capability to identify and propose innovative solutions to improve service performance**Mandatory Requirements**- Prior 4+ Years of experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business acumen- Experience of dealing with 3rd party suppliersguidelines- Evidence of designing, testing and maintaining solutions- Experience of sharing knowledge/ information and implementing any changes- Well versed in ITIL V3.0 practices and process- Good communication skills supporting joint working with geographically remote colleagues- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ business- Good networking knowledge (will be an added advantage) as there will be requirements to work with Firewall/Networkteam**Desirable Requirements**Degree level education in computer science or similar- Good commercial awareness and understanding of the external market- Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural workingDecent experience with Migration tools like Sharegate**Strong English communication skills required.
