**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:As the Industrial Engineer you will analyze the different production processes in order to identify areas for improvement both in the process itself and in the working conditions, determining the flow and handling of materials in a safe and efficient manner within the plant and warehouses.Your main responsibilities:Identify efficiency problems in production processesIdentify unsuitable working conditionsIdentify lifting problems for parts in processIdentify problems in the movement of parts in process between the different workstationsIdentify lifting problems in raw materialsIdentify problems in the movement of raw materialsTime taking and movements in production processesCoordinate changes in processes with the manufacturing engineering areaDocument changes updating databasesDefine workstations with suitable conditionsElaborate required changes to layout for machinery movements considering all peripheral equipment, platforms, hoisting equipment, etc. platforms, lifting equipmentAnalyzes material flow in the different work areas and throughout the plantPrepares templates for new machinery and equipment to be installed in the plant.Analyze and propose the distribution of work areas in projects of transfer and/or expansion of production capacityDefine and document containers, pallets or other forms for raw material supply depending on the type of materialDetermine containers, carts or pallets for handling of parts in processDefine additional protections to avoid mistreatment in the handling of finished productDefine additional safeguards to prevent mistreatment in the handling of finished productDefine Methods, equipment and attachments for safe lifting of in-process partsDefine Methods,



equipment and attachments for safe lifting of raw materialsAnalyze, proposes and documents packaging methods for finished product and/or in-process material to maintain product qualityParticipates as an auditor in the plant 5s audit programCoordinates 5s audits with the production supervisors groupCoordinates kaizen events with the Lean ChampionParticipates in the Latin American Operational Excellence Committee's audit program**Who You Are**:You build and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations and establishes and maintains effective customer relationships.You are able to Identify and seize new opportunities, Displaying a can-do attitude in good and bad times.
