GenAI Graphic Designer
We're looking for a GenAI Graphic Designer to join our team, reporting to the Head of Creative.
In this role, you'll help shape how we tell compelling stories that inspire some of the world's most innovative companies to choose Nasdaq as their listing partner.
You'll thrive in a fast‐paced environment, enjoy bringing ideas to life visually, and get energized by collaborating across teams to create work that makes an impact on a global scale.
Responsibilities
Create visually compelling pitch decks, presentations, and creative materials that showcase Nasdaq's value to prospective clients.
Use generative AI tools and visual design expertise to develop photorealistic concept artwork and innovative creative solutions.
Adapt designs to reflect the unique brand identity of each prospective client while maintaining high standards of storytelling and design excellence.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects on time and ensure alignment throughout the creative process.
Build and continuously improve presentation materials across digital, print, social, event, and marketing channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in typography, color, imagery, and visual storytelling.




Proven ability to create high‐quality visual content using generative AI tools and modern design platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other presentation and creative design tools.
Nice to have: Experience presenting and discussing creative concepts with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
Nice to have: Experience working with corporate brands, financial services, technology companies, or other highly regulated industries.
Nice to have: Familiarity with global teams and cross‐cultural collaboration.
Location
This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‐office.
