High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in progress in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field - 1+ year of experience developing scorecards and managing partners through corrective action implementation - Entry level knowledge of MS Excel based tools; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management- Experience communicating to various audiences both internal and external- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas in both English and Spanish- Working knowledge and expertise with SQL- Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) documents and functionality- Ability to balance and organize competing priorities in an ambiguous environment- Experience in the retail industry
