as you will work directly with teams and customers in the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesManage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances.Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment follow-up.File liens when necessary to protect company assets.Process lien waivers and releases.Resolve customer account adjustments in a timely manner.Present collection updates and portfolio status to management.Partner with Sales and other business areas to ensure customer satisfaction.Achieve monthly collection and DSO targets.QualificationsAdvanced English (spoken and written) is required.3+ years of experience in Commercial Credit & Collections.Experience managing customer portfolios and accounts receivable.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
Experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred, but not required.Preferred SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Knowledge of construction lien laws is a plus.
