Overview:Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the site by meeting strategic, operational, and quality objectives through effective resource management, coordination with clients and internal areas, and the implementation of continuous improvement actions that guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of business KPIs.
**Job Description**:- Development of the strategic business plan.
- Ensuring proper and adequate operation of the site management system.
- Coordination of daily meetings with team members.
- Participation in daily meetings with the client.
- Presentation of the client's monthly performance indicators.
- Coordination of required internal audits for the site.
- Conducting meetings for the review of CAP/DO indicators.
- Follow‐up on workshops and analysis of improvements or root causes of findings.
- Creates strategies to meet all client requirements.
- Works closely with the Regional Operations Manager, focusing on achieving objectives (SGN KPIs).
- Supports the Regional Operations Manager in managing all new requirements from the client and the Assembly Plant.
- Works closely with the Human Resources department to develop strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.
- Serves as a liaison between Operations and the Quality & Safety department, focusing on accident rates and internal damage results.
- Ensures proper scheduling of site resources.
- Follows up on cost‐reduction activities.




- Coordinates walkthroughs for detection, follow‐up, and closure of findings.
- Ensures compliance with Workday requirements.
- Daily scheduling of resources in accordance with the production plan shared by the client representative.
- Coordinates compliance with internal and external audits.
- Establishes action plans that lead to the economic and productive success of the site.
- Establishes action plans to ensure #Engage objectives.
- Identifies risks that could affect business performance and implements countermeasures.Job Requirements:**Education**:Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Logistics Engineering, or related field, with degree completed.
**Technical Knowledge**:- SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and factory visual management.
- Knowledge of assembly line operations; experience in the automotive industry.

**Experience**:1 to 3 years as an Operations Manager.
