Key RequirementsAcademic Background: B.A. in English Language Teaching (ELT), Foreign Languages, or a related field.Language Proficiency: Advanced and verifiable English level (C1 CEFR level, through certifications such as CAE, TOEFL, or IELTS).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience in private bilingüal schools (Elementary, Middle School level or High School).
Methodological Certification: Holding a TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test), CELTA, or equivalent is highly desirable.Digital Skills:



Proficiency in using educational platforms, digital tools, and active learning methodologies in the classroom.Main ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Execution: Design and deliver dynamic lessons with clear academic objectives, aligned with the school's curriculum framework.Continuous Assessment: Monitor and timely report students' academic and behavioral progress, providing constructive feedback.Classroom Time Management: Effectively manage class time, ensuring punctual starts and eliminating downtime.Institutional Collaboration: Actively participate in the design, logistics, and supervision of co-curricular department events (Spelling Bee, debates, Model of United Nations).
Communication: Maintain professional, assertive, and proactive communication with parents, coordinators, and the teaching staff.
